Step 1: Download the membership and direct debit forms here.

 

Step 2: Print them out and fill in your details.

 

Step 3: Send to the address found at the bottom of the form, don't forget to tick the gift aid box.

 

 

Note: Forms must be printed as original signatures are required for the direct debit form.
