The AMA membership application form has been updated to simplify the application process.  

1.  The application form HERE is to be completed electronically where possible.

GIFT AID

If you are a UK tax payer, completing the gift aid form will allow the Association to reclaim basic rate income tax on your annual subscription, at no cost to you. Please consider returning this form as part of your application, although this is not a condition of membership.
